• Winding Kits: Wedges and separators both magnetic and non-magnetic, surge rope, cables upto 13.8 KV, Silver brazing rods, RTD's of 3 wire, 2-wire etc, Thermistors, Copper clips, and insulation tapes.
• Coils: Soft cell coils, VPI coils, Hold Moulded resin rich coils, D.C. Armature and field coils, Roebel bars and winding kits.
• Voltages and Outputs: Coils can be manufactured and supplied with voltages upto 11KV for VPI coils, 7.2 KV for Soft cell coils, 15kv for Hot Moulded resin rich coils, roebel bars upto 15 KV, maximum rating upto 100MW. |
- Tests on Coils: Dimensions and shape control, Inter turn test, High voltage test, Tan Delta test, Impulse test, and DLA test. The Electrical Transmission Products team offers services to the post generation segment by providing effective protective devices along the path. We have capabilities to measure, record and analyze electrical outputs and suggest suitable protection systems combining reliability, robust construction and economy. Services include tailor-made Digital and Analog Excitation Control Systems, Generator over-current relay, Ground Fault Protection Systems, Sequence Relays and Current Relays, Synchronizers and Potentiometers. |
